1) Copy of O.S.S.D. Grade 12 Transcript or Equivalent (GED Or CAEC)
2) Copy of a Valid G or G2 Driver's License
Attention NEWCOMERS To Canada: You will also be required to provide Proof of Canadian Residency or Proof that your Canadian Residency is Pending
